Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms: All payments must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our website.

Liability: Corfu Taxi Transfers is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings during the transfer. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure their belongings are secure at all times.

Driver’s Discretion: The driver reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger under the influence of alcohol or drugs or whose behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

Seatbelt Requirement: All passengers are required to wear seatbelts while the vehicle is in motion. The driver has the right to refuse the journey if seatbelts are not worn.

Luggage Restrictions: Each passenger is allowed one standard-sized suitcase and one piece of hand luggage. Any additional luggage must be declared at the time of booking and may incur extra charges.

Waiting Time: The driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the pick-up location. Any additional waiting time may be subject to extra charges.

Flight Delays: In case of flight delays, it is the passenger’s responsibility to inform us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee availability.

Child Seats: Child seats and boosters must be requested at the time of booking. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that the correct child seat is used.

Emergency Situations: In case of an emergency (e.g., severe weather, road closures), Corfu Taxi Transfers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings. We will notify customers as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements.

Behavior and Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards the driver and other passengers. Any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of service without refund.

Amendments to Terms: Corfu Taxi Transfers reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Health and Safety Regulations: Passengers must comply with any health and safety regulations in place, including wearing masks if required.

Service Availability: Our services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

Force Majeure: Corfu Taxi Transfers is not liable for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request has been confirmed. All refunds are subject to a processing fee.

Insurance: Our vehicles are insured as required by law. However, passengers are advised to carry their own travel insurance for additional coverage.

Smoking: Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

Age: Minors must be accompanied by an adult

Food & Drinks: Consumption of food & alcohol is not allowed in the vehicles.

Vehicle availability: In special cases, Corfu Taxi Transfers  preserves the right to send a different vehicle from the one stated in the voucher. However, we are always obliged to be on time and at the predetermined meeting point in order to transfer our customers to their destination.

Personal Information: Your personal information, provided during the booking process, is going to be used exclusively for the best possible services to you and in compliance with the current
law. However, if you wish for a future contact, you have the possibility to state it
during the booking process by clicking on the respective field.

Website information: The information given in this website is true and accurate and you are over 13 years old. In case you are under 13, we will not accept your application.

Fake/False reservations: In case of false reservation, Corfu Taxi & Transfer Services Co-op Ltd preserves the right to take legal action.

Reservations amendments: If you need to make a change in the reservation concerning the time or the day, you should notify us at least 48 hours before the original pick up date, without any extra charge

Feedback and Complaints: We welcome feedback to improve our services. Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service date.
